Keeping family members and others involved in the care connected and informed can be very beneficial. We call these individuals “Advocates” and may include direct family members, friends and neighbors, health care professionals such as doctors and geriatric care managers and anyone else who has a concern for the individual with dementia.
With the Family Portal, an Advocate is able to:
- Add information to help the care manger create a Lifestyle report and schedule. This can save the care manager time and allow Advocates from across the country to offer their input.
- View Primary and secondary schedules
- View current and past QOL’s
- Learn how to handle problematic behaviors.
The Family Portal is only available for registered users. Click here to go to the Family Portal.
