Find a Way to Make it Happen

“Exceptional people and companies find ways to get things done, especially the difficult things. Persistence and creativity can overcome almost any challenge. Never give up until all possibilities have been exhausted – somehow, someway.”

Working in health care, especially in home care, and more specifically, with those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, there will always be challenges and difficulties. While there may be times we wish we could bury our head in the sand, like an ostrich, until the problem goes away.  However, that just won’t do as a vital plan of action.

Whether you are an office staff member, an owner, a marketer, a professional care giver, a family member or any other position on the team, we all must be dedicated to getting the job accomplished. There is no giving up! Creativity, persistence, dedication, and team work will lead to solutions to the obstacles we may face, and to making a better quality of life for all on this journey we are embarking upon!

A famously creative imaginer, Walt Disney, had this to share,

We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”

Imagine all that would not be, if we each cease to drive and demand the best of ourselves and of one another. Imagine if we didn’t challenge ourselves to find a way to make it happen. The beauty is, we don’t need to do it alone, if we are willing to reach out and ask for assistance.
